Flag Program Update
Dear Homeowners,
Only 22 homeowners responded to the survey asking whether to continue the flag program through the HOA and the result was mixed:
- Rotary Club Flag program — 2
- Buy flags to reuse — 12
- No flags provided by the HOA — 8
The Board has decided to discontinue providing flags for the front of each home on the 5 holidays.
As a homeowner you may want to subscribe with the Rotary Club on your own, or you may want to buy your own flag and pole from Symonds Flags on 183.

The HOA Bylaws have been updated as of November 2025.
Policies
Policies have been updated and are now all in one document. This file includes the Flag Policy, Solar Policy, Religious Policy, Rain Barrel Policy, Access to Records Policy, Collection & Payment Plan Policy, Document Retention Policy and the Architectural Policy.

HOA Members
All owners of the fifty-eight homes in the Village at MacArthur Commons are members of the homeowners association. The business of the association is carried out by the board of directors. These directors are volunteers, elected from the membership for three year terms.
